The work environments we design are human-centered from the beginning of the process – research to strategy to design. But for us, numbers are how we express the observations and assumptions of each project. There is a reason why one of our pillars is data-driven design. And that’s why we decided to summarize the past […]
We know. 2020 was an bad year and turned reality upside down. It was a hard time for many organisations. We approached it as a challenge and in the labyrinth of various speculations, wrong predictions and false data we decided to stick to the chosen educational path. We believe that sharing the best practices and […]

An office like an elegant but cosy parlour inspired by the mid-century modern style. An inviting meeting place, for both guests and employees, combining a friendly atmosphere with a business image. Warsaw skyscrapers rising above the tree line. Sunset beams reflected on their glass elevations. Vistula river crossed by bridges. The National Stadium. All this intertwines to create a unique panorama of Warsaw. We were missing a place that would allow us to experience the emotions associated with this view. The observation tower on the Czerniakowski […]
The architectural icons of Scandinavia have taken over several floors of the Nordea headquarters building in Gdynia. Bike paths, the vivid Superkilen city square of Copenhagen, the famous opera house in Oslo, and the Temppeliaukio church of Helsinki – all of them served as inspiration for the Scandinavia Office. Across the 5 floors and 5,500 […]

Nature helps us rest, integrate our senses, and feel natural and comfortable. The workplace should share some features of the natural environment too. We want to share our knowledge by showing why, where and how plants may be used to create a healthy workplace. While designing green office projects, for Nordea and Skanska, we became […]

Agile is a methodology that suits its name – created to satisfy these dynamic business needs. But what is the meaning behind this term and how does it affect the work environment?
Biophilic. Natural working space. This trend is slowly but effectively changing offices. Before Amazon opened the botanical garden inside their office building in Seattle, we created an architectural concept based on greenery for our client’s headquarters in Gdynia. A concept for a real work space, one which is probably the greenest office in the world.
